Viva con agua and Millerntor

Viva con Agua de Sankt Pauli e.V. is a non-profit organization committed to providing access to clean drinking water for all people worldwide. The MILLERNTOR GALLERY is an international art, music and culture festival with around 18,000 visitors in the Millerntor stadium, organized by Viva con Agua ARTS (VcAA). The common motto is: "ART CREATES WATER".

Challenge

Viva con Agua and the Millerntor Gallery transform art into water. Various artists design the "home match prints" for every FC St. Pauli home game. The sale of these artworks raises funds for the implementation of VcA's drinking water and sanitation projects. With a complex process chain from the production of the artworks, through distribution and shipping, to an administratively absurd billing process, the potential for VcAA and the artists has not been fully exploited.

Solution

msg digitized the Excel-based process chain from production to billing and developed and implemented an online store for the Millerntor Gallery.
